Learn About the Schedule Module

1. Select Schedule from the Main Menu on the left.

2. On the Schedule screen, by default you will see a map with a list on the right of Orders and Requests that require site visits. You may Toggle between a Map View or a Calendar View, but the list on the right will remain the same.

3. To Schedule an Order or a Request, select it from the list on the right by clicking on it. You can also click on the pin.

4. This will load a small form with Start Date, Start Time, End Date, End Time, and drop-down to Assign Employees.

5. Fill out the required dates and times.

6. Select an Employee from the drop-down to assign them. You may then select another Employee from the same drop-down to assign another employee to this same Request or Order.

7. Optionally, you may also select a single employee to be the Job Lead. If multiple employees are selected, only the Job Lead will be able to mark the job as completed.

8. All other non-scheduling related changes must be made from the Order or Request page.

 

To Schedule Multiple Jobs At Once:

1. To select the jobs that you’d like to schedule, click on the bubble on the job card for each desired job from the list of jobs on the right, OR hold CTRL while selecting the corresponding pins on the map.


2. You will need to specify the time for each job, but the date and employee information will autofill with whatever is entered in the first job for every job after.
