This Privacy Policy describes how the TackleJobs application and its operators East Point Systems, LLC (“TackleJobs,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collect, use, and protect information obtained through our web and mobile applications (the “Service”). The Service provides tools for contractors, vendors, and their customers to manage work orders, quotes, photos, scheduling, and related business activities.


  1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information to provide and improve the Service:

Account and Business Information

User account details such as name, email address, phone number, and organization name
Employee and customer contact details created by account owners for team collaboration
Job, work order, and project data entered by users
Media and Files
Photos, videos, and attachments uploaded in connection with work orders or inspections
Metadata associated with uploaded files (e.g., date, time, and location stamps)
Device and Location Information
Approximate or precise device location when using location-enabled features (e.g., address verification, routing, or job mapping)
Device identifiers, browser type, IP address, and operating system used to access the Service
Communications
Messages sent through integrated chat or support features
Emails or messages sent to our support team
Optional Payment Information

If users or vendors use integrated payment processors to send or receive invoices, payment information is handled securely by those third-party processors.

TackleJobs does not store or directly process credit card data.

Provide, maintain, and improve our web and mobile services
Create and manage work orders, quotes, invoices, and schedules
Enable communication between teams, subcontractors, and clients
Display maps, routing information, and verified job locations (via Google Maps APIs)

With users or sub-accounts that you explicitly authorize within your organization

All such third parties are required to process information securely and only for the purposes specified by TackleJobs.

The Service is hosted securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure.

We use encryption, access control, and other reasonable safeguards to protect information during transmission and storage.
Only authorized personnel have access to production databases and user records.

  1. Data Retention

We retain account and work-order information for as long as the account remains active or as necessary for legitimate business purposes such as recordkeeping, compliance, or dispute resolution.

We will review and fulfill such requests to the extent required by applicable law.


  1. Permissions and Mobile Access

Our mobile application may request access to:
Camera – to capture photos or videos for work documentation Storage – to upload or attach images and files from the device Location – to verify job addresses, display maps, or provide routing assistance Permission requests appear within your device’s settings. Denying access may limit some features.


  1. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We may use cookies or similar technologies on the web app to maintain login sessions, store user preferences, and collect anonymous usage analytics.

Users can disable cookies in their browser settings; however, doing so may affect functionality.

You may:

Access and update account information through the web portal

Add or remove sub-accounts for employees or customers
Request data deletion or account closure
Manage device permissions through operating system settings

European or California residents may have additional data access or deletion rights under applicable law, which we honor upon request.
